Uncorked Wine Tastings is a passionate family venture founded by Todd Corwin, his wife Jennifer Kuo, and Todd’s brother, Mark. After selling their rental properties during the pandemic, they seized the opportunity to bring new life to two historic buildings on South High Street in Dublin, and thus, Uncorked and its neighbor, The Apothecary Bourbon & Cigar Lounge, were born. Rooted in a deep appreciation for history and craftsmanship, the trio have restored the building’s iconic architectural elements, like exposed rafters and repurposed wood trusses, into functional fixtures such as elegant tables, blending the past with a vibrant, modern social experience.
