Assistant Manager
An Assistant Manager is key to keeping things running smoothly around here. You will be helping to support the owner (general manager) by overseeing daily activities and making sure the customer service is top-notch. This role also involves following company policies, managing inventory, and tackling any customer concerns. To succeed in this position, you’ll need solid leadership skills, strong communication skill, organizational skills, as well as comfort in utilizing various technological tools (ie microsoft office programs, social media, POS systems, and website management)
Previous service experience required
A knowledge in wine/wine industry a bonus
Line Cook
The line cook will be whipping up simple dishes and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll be prepping foods and plating simple ready to eat snack dishes, keeping things clean, and making sure food safety is on point.
Previous experience preferred
Food Safety certification required
Sales Associate
We are seeking motivated Sales Associates to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and help drive sales. You will help direct patrons in the use of the Napa wine tap machines, assist in replacing inventory, ring customer sales, providing table service when needed, and assist in keeping our space clean and inviting.
Previous service experience preferred
