Service Description
Don't need to rent the full bar? Consider reserving our backroom at Uncorked. Space will hold 24 people seated (20 at a table, and 4 at a lounge) with a max capacity of 30 guests. Guests are welcome to also use the outdoor common green space we share with our sister bar, Apothecary Bourbon & Cigar Lounge. Guests not wanting wine are welcome to bring drinks from our sister bar, as well. Outside food or catering is welcome. The rental fee will apply towards your food/drink bill and serves as your minimum spend. 2 hour minimum
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us within 30 days if you need to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days will be given a 50% refund or given the option to rebook for a different date. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with notice; patrons will receive a full refund or option to rebook on a different day/time. In addition to the food/drink minimum, a 20% automatic gratuity will be added that is not covered as part of the food/drink minimum The rental agreement is as follows: Use of the venue space during the designated rental period includes full access of space and equipment [Chairs, tables, restrooms, parking, kitchen access for catered events] Anything beyond this must be approved in writing. Renter agrees to leave the venue clean and in good condition; Be responsible for any damage caused during the event; Follow all rules posted or provided by the venue; Make sure all guests follow local laws (like no underage drinking) The venue is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.; The renter may be required to provide event insurance or sign a waiver. Food & wine are additional charges Noise: All music must end by 9 PM; respect local noise ordinances
