Service Description
Have a large corporate event or holiday party coming up? Consider our beautifully furnished cozy space. Our space can hold up to 60 people indoors, with an outdoor common green space we share with our sister bar, Apothecary Bourbon & Cigar Lounge. Guests not wanting wine are welcome to bring drinks from our sister bar. Outside food or catering is welcome. Rental fee is for the space only; food and drink charges are additional charges to the rental fee and can be applied to individual tabs, or a host tab. 2 hour minimum
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us within 7 days if you need to cancel for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will be given a 50% refund or given the option to rebook for a different date. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings with notice; patrons will receive a full refund or option to rebook on a different day/time. The rental agreement is as follows: Use of the venue space during the designated rental period includes full access of space and equipment [Chairs, tables, restrooms, parking, kitchen access for catered events] Anything beyond this must be approved in writing. Renter agrees to leave the venue clean and in good condition; Be responsible for any damage caused during the event; Follow all rules posted or provided by the venue; Make sure all guests follow local laws (like no underage drinking) The venue is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.; The renter may be required to provide event insurance or sign a waiver. Food & wine are additional charges Noise: All music must end by 9 PM; respect local noise ordinances
